本发明涉及轨道车辆减振技术领域,具体公开了一种降低叠层弹簧机构偏转刚度的方法及结构,该叠层弹簧结构包括钢弹簧,分别连接在钢弹簧上下两端的上部连接件和下部减振件,下部减振件包括上连接板、下连接板和硫化在上、下连接板之间的橡胶垫,下连接板包括矩形段结构和弧形段结构,橡胶垫硫化在弧形段结构上;下连接板和橡胶垫上分别设有空腔一和空腔二,上连接板在空腔二上方设有中部顶板,中部顶板与上连接件之间设可拆卸式锁紧件通过矩形段保证下部减振件的径向刚度。通过弧形段可增加橡胶垫与下连接板的粘结面积,以此在保证径向刚度的同时降低叠层弹簧机构的偏转刚度。
