The invention discloses an installation method of a rail-mounted transportation lifting device in a tunnel, which comprises the following steps of: longitudinally drilling along the top of the tunnel by using an anchor rod trolley or a blower gun, inserting an anchor rod body into a drill hole, installing an anchorage device and a base plate nut after completion, and tensioning after grouting; the track beam is conveyed to the specified elevation through a forklift and connected with the base plate in a welded mode; mounting an electric hoist on the track beam and connecting the electric hoist with an electrical system; the problems of bridge substructure construction and machine and tool material hoisting and transportation in a narrow space of a tunnel are solved, and the high safety risk caused by manual carrying is avoided; the mechanical construction degree is high, the hoisting transportation efficiency in the construction process can be effectively improved, the construction period is shortened, the safety risk is reduced, and the tunnel construction safety is guaranteed; the hanger rail design is adopted, the structure is simple, structural stress is clear, and construction is convenient.

    本发明公开了一种隧道内轨道式运输提升装置的安装方法,其包括利用锚杆台车或风枪沿隧道顶纵向钻孔并在钻孔内插入锚杆杆体,完成后进行锚具、垫板螺母安装,注浆后进行张拉;采用叉车将轨道梁运送至指定标高并与垫板焊接连接;在轨道梁上安装电葫芦并给电葫芦连接电气系统;解决了隧道狭小空间内桥梁下部结构施工,机具材料吊装运输问题,避免人工搬运,安全风险高;机械化施工程度高,能有效提高施工过程中吊装运输效率,缩短施工工期,降低安全风险,保障隧道施工安全;采用吊轨设计,构造简洁,结构受力明确,施工方便。
