The invention provides a cabin penetrating device and a ship. The cabin penetrating device comprises a cabin penetrating pipeline, a first lining, an elastic piece and a vibration reduction assembly. The first lining sleeves the cabin penetrating pipeline, and an accommodating space is formed between the first lining and the cabin penetrating pipeline; the two ends of the elastic piece are connected to the cabin penetrating pipeline and the first lining correspondingly, and the elastic piece is used for providing vibration reduction acting force in the radial direction of the cabin penetrating pipeline. The vibration reduction assembly is arranged in the containing space, the two sides of the vibration reduction assembly are connected with the outer wall face of the cabin penetrating pipeline and the inner wall face of the first lining correspondingly, and the vibration reduction assembly is used for providing vibration reduction acting force in the axial direction of the cabin penetrating pipeline. According to the cabin penetrating device, vibration reduction of the cabin penetrating pipeline can be achieved in the radial direction and the axial direction of the cabin penetrating pipeline, damage to the cabin penetrating pipeline caused by too large amplitude is avoided, the reliability of the cabin penetrating pipeline is guaranteed, meanwhile, the vibration reduction performance is stable, vibration transmitted to the cabin wall from the cabin penetrating pipeline is reduced, and therefore noise is reduced.

    本发明提供一种穿舱装置及船舶,上述的穿舱装置包括:穿舱管道、第一衬套、弹性件及减振组件;第一衬套套设于穿舱管道,且与穿舱管道之间形成容置空间;弹性件的两端分别连接于穿舱管道和第一衬套,弹性件用于提供沿穿舱管道径向方向的减振作用力;减振组件设于容置空间内,减振组件的两侧分别与穿舱管道的外壁面和第一衬套的内壁面连接,减振组件用于提供沿穿舱管道轴向方向的减振作用力。本发明提供的穿舱装置能够在穿舱管道的径向和轴向都实现穿舱管道的减振,避免穿舱管道由于振幅过大而造成的损坏,保证了穿舱管道的可靠性,同时,减振性能稳定,减少了由穿舱管道传递至舱壁的振动,从而降低了噪音。
