本发明涉及养蚕设备技术领域,尤其涉及一种基于AGV的养蚕加料处理系统包括蚕室单元、加料单元、AGV运输单元和上位控制单元,所述系统用以按饲养任务设定控制所述AGV运输单元将养蚕盘输送至所述加料模块并控制所述加料单元对养蚕盘进行加料,在加料完成时,所述上位控制单元控制所述加料模块将养蚕盘推出至回收位置并控制所述AGV运输单元将养蚕盘输送至所述蚕室单元,本发明通过采用AGV移动机器人代替人工完成将养蚕盘输送至加料单元,有效的实现了本发明所述基于AGV的养蚕加料处理系统能自动对饲养蚕体进行运输和加料喂养,避免了人工饲养中作业不标准不易掌握喂养量的问题。

According to the automatic feeding system, the AGV mobile robot is adopted to replace manual work to complete conveying of the silkworm breeding trays to the feeding unit; the AGV-based silkworm breeding feeding treatment system can automatically transport, feed and feed bred silkworms, and the problem that the feeding amount is not easy to master due to nonstandard operation in artificial breeding is solved.
