本发明涉及一种基于电梯振动加速度与滑移量的故障识别方法及系统,首先获取相邻采样点之间的电梯滑移量,及不同采样点的电梯的第一振动加速度、第二振动加速度和第三振动加速度;然后根据所述电梯滑移量确定电梯曳引轮和钢丝绳是否出现故障;根据第一振动加速度,采用控制图的方式对电梯进行故障诊断,获得故障诊断结果;当所述诊断结果表示异常时,根据所述第二振动加速度和所述第三振动加速度,确定电梯故障部位。本发明以递进的方式根据电梯振动加速度确定电梯的齿轮箱轴承和曳引机驱动电机轴承是否出现故障,并根据电梯滑移量确定电梯曳引轮和钢丝绳是否出现故障,能够准确判断电梯曳引系统运行异常状态和识别电梯故障部位。

    The invention relates to a fault recognition method and system based on elevator vibration acceleration and slip amount. The method comprises the steps that firstly, the elevator slip amount between adjacent sampling points and the first vibration acceleration, the second vibration acceleration and the third vibration acceleration of an elevator at different sampling points are obtained; then whether a traction wheel and a steel wire rope of the elevator break down or not is determined according to the elevator slippage; according to the first vibration acceleration, fault diagnosis is conducted on the elevator in a control chart mode, and a fault diagnosis result is obtained; and when the diagnosis result shows that the elevator is abnormal, the fault position of the elevator is determined according to the second vibration acceleration and the third vibration acceleration. Whether the gearbox bearing and the traction machine driving motor bearing of the elevator break down or not is determined in a progressive mode according to the elevator vibration acceleration, whether the elevator traction wheel and the steel wire rope break down or not is determined according to the elevator slippage amount, the operation abnormal state of the elevator traction system can be accurately judged, and the elevator fault position can be accurately recognized.
