The invention provides a step assembly and a vehicle. The step assembly is applied to the vehicle and comprises a supporting frame, a step beam, a first tubular beam and a second tubular beam, and the step beam is arranged on one side of the supporting frame; the other end of the first tubular beam is directly connected with the support frame; and one end of the second tubular beam is directly connected with the step beam and the other end is directly connected with the support frame. According to the technical scheme, the structural design of the getting-on step can be simplified.
