The invention belongs to the technical field of bicycle inner tube production, and discloses a rubber composition for an anti-puncture inner tube of a bicycle. The rubber composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50-60 parts of butyl rubber, 15-25 parts of polyurethane rubber, 15-25 parts of carbon black, 5-10 parts of modified short fibers, 3-6 parts of a vulcanization accelerator, 2-4 parts of rubber tackifying resin, 3-5 parts of an anti-aging agent, 8-12 parts of kaolin, 2-3 parts of microcrystalline wax, 2-4 parts of a plasticizer and 1-2 parts of sulfur. According to the scheme, the halogenated butyl rubber is adopted, so that the vulcanization speed of the butyl rubber is greatly increased, the blending property and the vulcanization property of the butyl rubber and other rubber are also improved, in addition, the cohesiveness is also obviously improved, and the compatibility between the butyl rubber and polyurethane rubber is improved through the modified short fibers; the strength, the toughness and the high temperature resistance of the rubber composition are also improved.

    本发明属于自行车内胎生产技术领域,公开了一种自行车防穿刺内胎的橡胶组合物,由以下组分组成:丁基橡胶50‑60份、聚氨酯橡胶15‑25份、炭黑15‑25份、改性短纤维5‑10分别、硫化促进剂3‑6份、橡胶增粘树脂2‑4份、防老剂3‑5份、高岭土8‑12份、微晶蜡2‑3份、增塑剂2‑4份和硫磺1‑2份。本方案采用卤化丁基橡胶,不仅大大提高了丁基橡胶的硫化速度,还改善了丁基橡胶与其他橡胶的共混性和硫化性,另外粘结性也有明显提高,通过改性短纤维不仅提高了丁基橡胶与聚氨酯橡胶之间的相容性,还增加橡胶组合物的强度、韧性和耐高温性。
