The invention provides an information management device which manages information of each vehicle without confusion of road traffic. The information management device is characterized by being provided with: an acquisition means for acquiring, for a certain vehicle, vehicle position information indicating the position of the vehicle and vehicle state information indicating the state of the vehicle; a selection unit that selects other vehicles corresponding to the vehicle state information among other vehicles around the vehicle determined on the basis of the vehicle position information; and a notification unit that notifies the selected other vehicle in accordance with the vehicle state information.
