The invention relates to an adjustable self-adaptive load reversing control device and method for a tractor. The adjustable self-adaptive load reversing control device comprises a load reversing control device and a control module of the load reversing control device. The operation intention of a driver is judged according to information collected by the signal collecting module, operation of the driver is divided into a starting mode and a reversing mode, the optimal clutch combination requirement torque curve under the current load and the current vehicle speed is automatically calculated, the problem that starting and reversing impact of a tractor under different loads and different working conditions is large is effectively solved, and the reliability of the tractor is improved. Tractor starting and reversing speeds suitable for the tractor are adjusted through the reversing sensitivity adjusting knob, so that starting and reversing control of the tractor is more adaptive, and mechanical impact on the tractor in the starting and reversing processes of the tractor is effectively reduced. The driving comfort of the tractor is improved, and meanwhile a platform is provided for further intelligent development of the tractor.

    本发明涉及一种拖拉机可调节自适应负载换向控制装置及控制方法,包括负载换向控制装置及该装置的控制模块;通过信号采集模块采集的信息,判断驾驶员的操作意图,将驾驶员操作划分为起步模式和换向模式,自动的计算出当前负载,当前车速下最佳的离合器结合要求扭矩曲线,有效的改善了拖拉机不同载荷、不同工况下起步和换向冲击大的问题,通过换向灵敏度调节旋钮调节出适合自身的拖拉机起步和换向速度,使拖拉机的起步和换向控制更具适应性,有效的降低了拖拉机起步和换向过程中对拖拉机自身的机械冲击;提高了拖拉机的驾驶舒适性,同时也为拖拉机的进一步智能化发展提供了平台。
