本发明公开了一种液晶屏缓存装置，包括外框架，所述外框架内左右两侧分别安装侧安装板，侧安装板内侧滑动安装升降组件，两个升降组件之间预留空间；所述外框架内还设置有滚轮传动组件，滚轮传动组件位于两个升降组件的预留空间正下方；所述滚轮传动组件转动带动液晶屏移动，当液晶屏整体移动到滚轮传动组件上方时，滚轮传动组件停止转动，此时两个升降组件同步上升预设高度，使液晶屏离开滚轮传动组件。本发明能将过多的液晶屏存储在缓存区，待下个工位正常运转时，将缓存的液晶屏释放到流水线上，解决因为一个工站问题，导致整个设备生产线停滞，提高生产效率。
