The invention relates to a battery charging cabinet based on Internet of Things and a control method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of battery charging cabinets, the battery charging cabinet comprises a charging cabinet body, a control system and an adjusting system, the adjusting system comprises a shell, the upper part of the shell is provided with a first air inlet, and the lower part of the first air inlet is communicated with a first cavity; at least two groups of second air inlets are formed in the first cavity, the second air inlets are both connected with a control valve, the lower portion of the control valve is communicated with a second cavity, and an adjusting rod is further arranged below the control valve. The temperature sensor is arranged in the charging cabinet, when the temperature sensor detects that the temperature value in the battery is too high, the adjusting system is started, the to-be-charged battery is cooled, and the cost is lower. And when the temperature sensor exceeds a third preset temperature range, the adjusting mechanism is started, nitrogen in another pipeline is sprayed out, a combustion source is blocked in time, the to-be-charged battery is prevented from being combusted, the charging cabinet is protected, and the whole adjusting system can be recycled.

    本发明涉及一种基于物联网的电池充电柜及其控制方法,属于电池充电柜技术领域,包括充电柜体、控制系统以及调节系统,调节系统包括壳体,壳体的上部设置有第一进气口,第一进气口的下方连通第一腔体,第一腔体内部至少设置有两组第二进气口,所述第二进气口均连接控制阀门,且所述控制阀门的下方接通有第二腔体,所述控制阀门的下方还设置有调节棒。在充电柜内部设置有温度传感器,当温度传感器检测到电池内部的温度值过高时,启动调节系统,对待充电电池进行降温,成本更低。当温度传感器超过第三预设温度范围之时,启动调节机构,喷出另一管道的氮气,及时阻断燃烧源,避免待充电电池燃烧,保护了充电柜,而且整个调节系统可循环利用。
