The invention relates to a novel variable power-assisted hydraulic steering system which comprises a hydraulic circuit and a steering controller, the hydraulic circuit comprises a steering pump, a hydraulic power steering gear, a pressure limiting valve, a power-assisted steering cylinder, a differential and a proportional flow valve, the steering pump is connected with an engine, and the proportional flow valve and the hydraulic power steering gear are connected in parallel to form a circuit; the differential device is connected with the hydraulic power steering gear, then is connected with the steering controller and is controlled by the steering controller, and the differential device and the hydraulic power steering gear are connected into a hydraulic network in series. Therefore, the purpose of reducing the energy loss of the hydraulic power-assisted steering system is achieved, and the heating problem of the hydraulic system is solved; a proportional flow valve is adopted to adjust the flow of the hydraulic power-assisted steering system, the purpose of variable power-assisted steering is achieved, and the operability of vehicle steering is improved.
本发明涉及一种新型可变助力液压转向系统,包括液压回路及转向控制器,液压回路包括转向泵、液压式动力转向器、限压阀、转向助力缸、差动器及比例流量阀,转向泵与发动机连接,比例流量阀与液压式动力转向器并联形成回路,再与转向控制器连接,受转向控制器控制,差动器与液压式动力转向器串联接入液压网络中,本申请采用差动器保证了油泵排量减小的情况下而不影响车辆转向的轻便性,进而达到降低液压助力转向系统能量损失的目的同步也解决了液压系统发热问题;采用比例流量阀,调节液压助力转向系统的流量,实现变助力转向的目的,提高了车辆转向的操作性。
