The invention discloses a multi-terminal cooperative vehicle driving method, device and system and a medium, and relates to the field of intelligent network connection automobiles, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining environment perception information collected by a road terminal; generating traffic scene cognition information based on the environment perception information; obtaining driving information of the vehicle; generating driving indication information based on the traffic scene cognition information and the driving information; and the driving indication information is issued to the vehicle, so that the vehicle controls driving of the vehicle according to the driving indication information. According to the scheme provided by the invention, perception is performed by the road end, cognition and decision making are performed by the cloud end, high efficiency and reliability of single-vehicle automatic driving can be improved, and meanwhile, vehicle cost is reduced.
