The invention provides an intelligent traffic data collecting mechanism and method, and the intelligent traffic data collecting mechanism comprises: a sensing control assembly which is used for collecting vehicle information through multiple types of sensors; a collecting assembly which comprises a first camera and is used for collecting vehicle information in the forward direction, wherein the side, opposite to the first camera, of the collecting assembly is connected with an adjusting assembly, the outer side of the adjusting assembly is connected with a three-dimensional collecting assembly, the three-dimensional collecting assembly is driven to rotate through the adjusting assembly, and the three-dimensional collecting assembly is made to collect the vehicle information in a triangular shape; and a control assembly which is used for collecting and storing vehicle information and controlling the collecting sequence and the shooting angle of the collecting assembly. According to the invention, data collecting is carried out through multiple ways, the adjustment assembly is controlled to drive the three-dimensional collecting assembly to carry out shielded vehicle information collecting according to calculation and analysis of the acquired data, and the collecting degree of traffic information is improved.
本发明提供一种智能交通数据采集机构及方法，智能交通数据采集机构包括：感控组件，用于通过多类型传感器采集车辆信息；采集组件，包括第一摄像头，用于正向采集车辆信息，与第一摄像头相对侧连接有调节组件，所述调节组件外侧连接有三维采集组件，通过调节组件带动三维采集组件转动，使三维采集组件呈三角形采集车辆信息；控制组件，用于收集并存储车辆信息，并控制采集组件的采集顺序和拍摄角度。本发明通过多途径进行数据采集，并根据采集数据计算、分析，控制调节组件带动三维采集组件进行被遮挡车辆信息采集，提高交通信息的采集度。
