The RDE working condition random generator comprises the following specific steps: S1, actually measuring RDE data, based on an independently accumulated actually measured RDE database, samples including but being not limited to plains, plateau, mountain roads and level roads, and corresponding urban working conditions, automatically extracting suburban working conditions and high-speed working conditions; S2, performing multi-dimensional statistical analysis on the characteristics of each working condition, including but not limited to time, the number of short travels, parking time, average vehicle speed and mileage; S3, then solving a transfer matrix of the urban working condition, the suburban working condition and the high-speed working condition. According to the method, the RDE working condition meeting the requirements of the national six regulation GB 18352.6-2016 can be directly generated, the method can be directly used for a simulation model, an EIL rack, a rotating hub rack and the like, and the efficiency of RDE virtuality and reality combination research is greatly improved.

    本发明提供一种RDE工况随机生成器,涉及汽车性能指标测定技术领域。该RDE工况随机生成器,包括以下具体步骤:S1、实测RDE数据,基于自主积累的实测RDE数据库,样本包括但不限于为平原、高原、山路、平路,先自动提取相应的城市工况、郊区工况和高速工况;S2、再多维度统计分析各工况的特征,包括但不限于为时间、短行程个数、停车时间、平均车速、里程数;S3、然后求出城市工况、郊区工况和高速工况的转移矩阵。本发明,可以直接生成满足国六法规GB 18352.6—2016要求的RDE工况,可以直接用于仿真模型、EIL台架、转毂台架等,提高大大RDE虚实结合研究的效率。
