    The invention discloses an intelligent flexible manipulator device for purging the bottom of a metro vehicle. The intelligent flexible manipulator device is characterized by comprising a mechanical arm, a nozzle, an air supply pipe and an air suction pipe, the mechanical arm is a six-axis joint flexible mechanical arm and comprises a base, six sections of wall rods and flexible joints among the wall rods; and a base is installed on the top face of an integrated box body, and the integrated box body is borne on a walking part and runs in a maintenance trench of the metro vehicle. An arm rod at the tail end of the mechanical arm has degrees of freedom in six directions and is connected with the nozzle; and the air supply pipe conveys blowing gas, and the air suction pipe conveys dust gas. According to the intelligent flexible manipulator device for purging the bottom of the metro vehicle, an improved nozzle form is adopted, intelligent purging can be carried out according to coordinate positioning, dust concentration detection and video monitoring images, differential purging combining overall purging and local key purging is adopted, an anti-collision protection device is arranged, the purging effect can be greatly improved, and the working efficiency is improved.

    本发明公开了一种地铁车辆车底吹扫的智能化柔性机械手装置，其特征在于：包括机械臂、喷嘴、供气管、吸气管；机械臂为六轴型关节柔性机械臂，包括底座、六节壁杆、壁杆之间的柔性关节；底座安装在集成式箱体的顶面，集成式箱体承载在走行部上，运行在地铁车辆的检修地沟内；机械臂的最末端臂杆具有六个方向的自由度，且连接喷嘴；供气管输送吹扫气体，吸气管输送带灰尘气体。本发明采用改进的喷嘴形式，能根据坐标定位、灰尘浓度检测和视频监控图像进行智能化吹扫，采用整体吹扫与局部重点吹扫相结合的差异化吹扫，并设有防碰撞保护装置，可大大提升吹扫效果，提高作业效率。
