The invention discloses a road indication management device of a one-way street, which relates to the technical field of traffic devices. The device comprises a first indication device arranged at a first intersection of the one-way street and a second indication device arranged at a second intersection of the one-way street, wherein the first indication device comprises a first controller, and comprises a first image acquisition device, a first millimeter wave radar and a first signal indication device which are electrically connected with the first controller; the second indication device comprises a second controller, and a second image acquisition device, a second millimeter wave radar and a second signal indication device which are electrically connected with the second controller; the first controller is in communication connection with the second controller; the first image acquisition device and the second image acquisition device acquire image information of an object and identify and generate vehicle information; the first millimeter wave radar and the second millimeter wave radar detect the direction, speed and distance of a vehicle; and the first signal indication device and the second signal indication device control the vehicle driving into the one-way street to achieve the goal of no vehicle meeting on the one-way street.
