The center line of the motor inner stator coincides with the center line of the center shaft. According to the liquid cooling motor without external cooling circulation and the air propeller propulsion system, the protection level of an aviation high-power motor is improved, the environmental adaptability is improved, a semi-liquid cooling mode is adopted for heat dissipation, the heat dissipation capacity is improved, the power density of the motor is improved, and an external radiator is not adopted. The high-heat-conduction metal material fan is used as a heat dissipation surface to reduce the complexity of the system.

    本发明公开了一种无外部冷却循环液冷电机及空气螺旋桨推进系统,包括:电机外转子,所述电机外转子的外侧面直接连接有金属叶片;电机内定子,所述电机内定子的内侧设置有中心轴,所述电机内定子的外侧设置有线圈,所述电机外转子的内部设计有甩油导叶,且甩油导叶等角度设置在金属叶片的外侧,所述甩油导叶的内侧设置有绝缘冷却液,所述电机内定子的中心线与中心轴的中心线重合。该无外部冷却循环液冷电机及空气螺旋桨推进系统,提高航空高功率电机的防护水平,提高环境适应性,散热采用半液冷方式,提升散热能力,有利于提升电机的功率密度,不采用外部散热器,利用高导热金属材料风扇作为散热面降低系统的复杂程度。
