The invention provides a scheduling control method and device for an airport aircraft guide vehicle and a storage medium. The method comprises the steps: obtaining ground real-time dynamic information through first airport air-side monitoring equipment, obtaining airport air-side real-time dynamic information through second airport air-side monitoring equipment, generating an airport full-dynamic map through a cloud control platform, when an aircraft taxiing scheduling command is received, sending an aircraft guiding execution state to a control tower, and sending a scheduling instruction to a guiding vehicle. The airport full-dynamic map comprises ground real-time dynamic information of vehicles, people and obstacles of an airport ground lane and airport air-side real-time dynamic information of an airplane sliding on the airport ground lane, the global traffic situation is fully mastered, and a dispatching instruction for a guide vehicle is generated and sent to the guide vehicle. Therefore, the guiding vehicle is assisted to complete capturing and guiding in-position work of the airplane, the guiding vehicle can reach a designated position to guide the airplane to slide, sliding guiding of the airplane is safer and punctual, and the comprehensive cost is lower.

    本发明提供了一种机场飞机引导车的调度控制方法、装置及存储介质,方法包括:第一机场空侧监控设备获取地面实时动态信息,第二机场空侧监控设备获取机场空侧实时动态信息,云控平台生成机场全动态地图,在接收到飞机滑行调度命令时,向塔台发送飞机引导执行状态,向引导车发送调度指令。本发明的机场全动态地图既包含有机场地面场道的车辆、人、障碍物的地面实时动态信息,又包含飞机在机场地面场道滑行的机场空侧实时动态信息,充分掌握全局交通态势,生成对于引导车的调度指令,并发送至引导车。从而协助引导车完成飞机的捕捉和引导就位工作,促使引导车能够到达指定位置以引导飞机滑行,使飞机的滑行引导更加安全、准时,综合成本更低。
