本发明提供了一种机场飞机引导车的调度控制方法、装置及存储介质，方法包括：第一机场空侧监控设备获取地面实时动态信息，第二机场空侧监控设备获取机场空侧实时动态信息，云控平台生成机场全动态地图，在接收到飞机滑行调度命令时，向塔台发送飞机引导执行状态，向引导车发送调度指令。本发明的机场全动态地图既包含有机场地面场道的车辆、人、障碍物的地面实时动态信息，又包含飞机在机场地面场道滑行的机场空侧实时动态信息，充分掌握全局交通态势，生成对于引导车的调度指令，并发送至引导车。从而协助引导车完成飞机的捕捉和引导就位工作，促使引导车能够到达指定位置以引导飞机滑行，使飞机的滑行引导更加安全、准时，综合成本更低。
