The invention discloses a novel fiber metal laminate for improving planktonic parasitism and electrochemical corrosion of a ship body, and belongs to the field of composite materials. The structure can effectively solve the problem that a traditional metal hull is easily subjected to electrochemical corrosion with seawater in an alkaline marine environment, the surface structure of the hull is damaged, and therefore marine animals and plants are attracted to parasitize; and the hull surface ecological environment is improved, and the hull bottom parasitic organism cleaning cost is reduced. The structure is formed by combining an outer resin layer with an outer metal plate with a mechanical locking function and a groove structure, and pressurizing and curing the outer metal plate, an inner metal plate and a fiber prepreg layer according to a certain laying mode at a certain temperature, a certain pressure intensity and a certain vacuum degree. The structure is mainly used for solving the problems that a metal hull is easily subjected to electrochemical corrosion with seawater in a marine environment, the surface structure of the hull is damaged, marine animals and plants are attracted to float and parasitize, and cleaning is not easy, and the laminate is mainly used for outer skin materials of marine detectors, speed boats, overwater motorcycles, large ships and naval ships.

    本发明公开了一种改善船体浮游寄生和电化学腐蚀的新型纤维金属层板,属于复合材料领域。该结构可以有效改善传统金属船体在碱性海洋环境下易与海水发生电化学腐蚀,破坏船体表面结构,从而吸引海洋动植物寄生的难题;改善船体表面生态环境,降低船底寄生生物清理成本。该结构由外层树脂层与具有机械锁扣功能的凹槽结构外层金属板相结合,与内层金属板、纤维预浸料层按照一定的铺层方式在一定温度、一定压强、一定真空度下加压固化而成。该结构主要用于改善金属船体在海洋环境中易与海水发生电化学腐蚀,破坏船体表面结构吸引海洋动植物浮游寄生不易清理的难题,该层板主要用于海洋探测器、快艇、水上摩托、大型船舶、海军舰艇的外蒙皮材料。
