Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of moving, stacking and conveying of regular articles, in particular to a cathode copper plate selecting and classified conveying device and an application method thereof. The device comprises a cathode copper receiving and conveying chain, wherein an identification mechanism is arranged at the front end of the cathode copper receiving and conveying chain; the cathode copper receiving and conveying chain comprises a first-section conveying chain and a second-section conveying chain; a jacking mechanism is arranged in the first-section conveying chain; the second-section conveying chain is lower than the first-section conveying chain; a stacking mechanism is arranged at the starting end of the second-section conveying chain; a grabbing mechanism is arranged at one side of the cathode copper receiving and conveying chain; the cathode copper receiving and conveying chain is further sequentially connected with a qualified copper plate stack transferring mechanism and a defective copper plate stacking mechanism; and a copper plate stack conveying mechanism is arranged below the defective copper plate stacking mechanism. By means of the device, intelligent stacking of qualified cathode copper products and defective cathode copper products can be achieved, the cathode copper products are directly conveyed to a cathode copper product silo through the conveying device, the product quality is guaranteed, and the transportation cost is reduced.

本发明涉及规则性物品的移取及堆存输送技术领域，尤其涉及一种阴极铜板挑选及分类输送装置及其使用方法，该装置包括阴极铜接收输送链，阴极铜接收输送链的前端设置有识别机构，阴极铜接收输送链包括一段输送链和二段输送链，一段输送链中设置有顶起机构，二段输送链的高度低于一段输送链，二段输送链的起始端设置有码垛机构，阴极铜接收输送链的一侧设置有抓取机构，阴极铜接收输送链还依次连接合格铜板垛移载机构、瑕疵铜板堆存机构，瑕疵铜板堆存机构下方设置有铜板垛输送机构。利用该装置可实现阴极铜合格产品与瑕疵产品的智能堆存，通过输送装置直接将阴极铜产品输送至阴极铜成品仓库，保证了产品质量，降低了运输成本。
