The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to an infusion support for medical nursing. The infusion support comprises a walking vehicle, a supporting assembly, a balancing assembly and a monitoring assembly. A head of the walking vehicle is provided with a vehicle lamp, an illumination intensity sensor and a loudspeaker, and a power module, a driving motor, a steering motor, a PLC, a wireless communication module and a gyroscope sensor are arranged in a cavity in the walking vehicle; the driving motor is used for driving rear wheels of the walking vehicle to rotate, and the steering motor is used for driving front wheels of the walking vehicle to steer; the supporting assembly comprises an electric rotary table, a first electric push rod, a second electric push rod, a rotating seat and a supporting plate, and an angle sensor used for monitoring rotation of the supporting plate is arranged in the rotating seat; the balance assembly comprises a first hinged support, a second hinged support and a servo motor; and the monitoring assembly comprises an infrared temperature detector erected on the supporting plate and a pulse measurer embedded in the supporting plate. The problems of poor safety, poor comfort and the like in the prior art can be effectively solved.
