The invention designs an MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) full-bridge driving circuit for a direct-current brushless motor of an electric automobile. The MOSFET full-bridge driving circuit comprises an optical coupler isolator, a micro control unit MCU and a driving chip, and a driving object is a DC brushless motor. The circuit comprises a main control circuit, a driving circuit, a power supply circuit, an input isolation circuit, an overcurrent protection circuit and the like. The main control circuit outputs a current to the isolation circuit, receives a signal of the sensing circuit, runs a program and is used for information processing and algorithm implementation; the isolation circuit isolates the main control circuit from the driving circuit, adopts photoelectric isolation and is used for preventing interference caused by electrical connection of the main control circuit and the driving circuit; the driving circuit is respectively connected with the isolation circuit and the motor, adopts a three-phase bridge and is used for receiving signals generated by the main control circuit and driving the motor at the rear end; and the power supply circuit is used for meeting the power supply requirements of various circuits. The driving circuit designed by the invention has the characteristics of high stability, excellent electrical isolation performance, strong anti-interference capability and strong driving capability.

    本发明设计了一种用于电动汽车直流无刷电机的MOSFET全桥驱动电路。该发明包含光耦隔离、微控制单元MCU和驱动芯片,驱动对象为直流无刷电机。该电路包括主控电路、驱动电路、电源电路、输入隔离电路、过流保护电路等。主控电路输出电流至隔离电路,接收所述传感电路的信号并运行程序,用于信息处理以及算法实现;隔离电路隔离主控电路和驱动电路,采用光电隔离,用于防止主控电路和驱动电路电气连接引起的干扰;驱动电路分别与隔离电路和电机连接,采用三相桥,用于承接主控电路产生的信号和后端驱动电机;电源电路用于满足所述各种电路的供电需求。本发明设计出的驱动电路具有高的稳定性、优良的电气隔离性能、抗干扰能力强和驱动能力强的特点。
