本发明公开了一种车用可拆卸管线过孔密封装置及其安装方法，该装置包括密封设于车身钣金一侧的过孔底座、设于过孔底座内部的橡胶柱塞、设于橡胶柱塞两端的垫片以及设于过孔底座上与过孔底座可拆卸连接的过孔上盖；线缆沿过孔上盖中心轴线方向延申并依次穿过过孔上盖、垫片、橡胶柱塞、垫片、过孔底座以及车身钣金上供线缆穿过的孔位；通过将橡胶材料和金属材料结合，采用橡胶的形变能力来实现车辆管线密封结构性能提升，同时过孔底座、垫片、过孔上盖以及车身钣金彼此间全金属搭接，利用其耐腐蚀老化、电磁屏蔽特性好、有较好的可靠性、耐久性的特性，满足各类车辆使用过孔要求，本发明结构简单、工艺方便、可维修且成本低廉。
The invention discloses a detachable pipeline via hole sealing device for a vehicle and a mounting method thereof. The device comprises a via hole base arranged on one side of a vehicle body metal plate in a sealed mode, a rubber plunger arranged in the via hole base, gaskets arranged at the two ends of the rubber plunger and a via hole upper cover arranged on the via hole base and detachably connected with the via hole base; and a cable extends in the direction of the central axis of the via hole upper cover and sequentially penetrates through the via hole upper cover, the gasket, the rubber plunger, the gasket, the via hole base and a hole position for the cable to penetrate therethrough in the vehicle body metal plate. A rubber material and a metal material are combined, the performance of the vehicle pipeline sealing structure is improved through the deformation capacity of rubber, meanwhile, the via hole base, the gaskets, the via hole upper cover and the vehicle body metal plate are in all-metal lap joint, by means of the characteristics of corrosion resistance, aging resistance, good electromagnetic shielding, good reliability and good durability, the via hole using requirements of various vehicles are met; and the device is simple in structure, convenient in process, capable of being maintained and low in cost.
