The invention discloses a light-transmitting structure with special stone skin effect and a manufacturing method thereof. The light-transmitting structure with the special stone skin effect comprises a stone skin layer, a light-transmitting soft rubber layer and a substrate layer which are sequentially fixed and compounded from top to bottom, and further comprises a backlight module installed on the back face of the substrate layer and an MCU main board electrically connected with the backlight module. A planar light source formed by the backlight module can be finally transmitted to the surface of the stone skin layer through a light-transmitting area on the substrate layer and the light-transmitting soft rubber layer to form a light-emitting area. The manufacturing method comprises the steps that the substrate layer with the light-transmitting area is manufactured firstly; then the surface of the substrate layer is coated with a transparent colloidal polymer; cut stone skin is attached to the surface of the transparent colloidal polymer, and standing for drying is conducted; and finally, the backlight module is installed on the other side of the substrate layer, and the backlight module is electrically connected with a control circuit on the MCU mainboard through a circuit. According to the invention, the surface of stone skin is provided with atmosphere lamps with different light-emitting patterns, so automobile stone-skin trim is attractive in appearance and soft and comfortable in hand feeling.

本发明公开了一种石皮特效透光结构及其的制作方法，石皮特效透光结构包括自上而下顺序固定复合的石皮层、透光软胶层和基底层，以及安装于基底层背面的背光模块和与背光模块电性连接的MCU主板，背光模块形成的平面光源能够经基底层上的透光区域和透光软胶层最终透射到石皮层表面形成发光区，其的制作方法为先制作具有透光区域的基底层，然后在基底层表面涂布透明胶状聚合物，将裁切好的石皮贴在透明胶状聚合物表面并静置干燥，最后将背光模块安装在基底层另一侧并将背光模块通过线路与MCU主板上的控制电路电性连接在一起，本发明使得石皮表面具有不同发光图案的氛围灯，使得汽车石皮内饰外观美观、手感柔和舒适。
