The invention provides an actual operation condition VSPBin division method based on Internet-of-Vehicles big data, and the method comprises the steps: S1, carrying out the interval division of the vehicle speed types of a constant speed condition and an acceleration condition at an interval of 2km/h according to the condition data; S2, calculating working condition frequencies of the vehicle speeds from small to large; S3, performing grouping by taking a median value of the working condition frequency proportions as an interval boundary value; S4, dividing the grouped vehicle speed interval selection granularity; and S5, determining a VSP division scheme for the divided vehicle speed intervals by taking normal distribution as an assessment index. According to the VSP Bin division method, vehicle speed division and VSP division in different vehicle speed intervals are adopted, the division distribution frequency of the VSP takes the requirement for normal distribution as the optimization target, uniform division of the VSP frequency is achieved, the distinction degree of the vehicle operation working condition can be better represented, and the accuracy of the vehicle operation working condition is improved. By means of the method, normative division of the actual operation conditions of the motor vehicle in China can be conveniently and accurately achieved, and evaluation of energy conservation, environmental protection and other performance under the actual operation conditions of the vehicle is further supported.

    本发明提供了一种基于车联网大数据的实际运行工况VSPBin划分方法,S1、根据工况数据,对匀速和加速工况的车速类型以2km/h间隔进行区间划分;S2、对车速由小到大分别计算工况频率;S3、根据工况频率占比的中值作为区间分界值进行分组;S4、对分组后的车速区间选择粒度进行划分;S5、划分的车速区间以正态分布为考核指标确定VSP划分方案。本发明所述的VSP Bin划分方法,分别是车速划分和不同车速区间内的VSP划分,VSP的划分分布频率以满足正态分布为优化目标,实现VSP频率的均匀划分,能更好表征车辆运行工况的区分度,通过该方法可以实现便捷、精准地对机动车的在中国实际运行工况进行规范性的划分,进一步支持车辆实际运行工况下的节能环保等性能的评测。
