The station comprises: a telescopic supporting device which is arranged in a prefabricated cabin; a swapping trolley which is arranged on the telescopic supporting device and used for hoisting and swapping a battery pack; a battery holder which is arranged in the prefabricated cabin and is used for placing the battery pack and charging the battery pack; a charging device which is arranged in the prefabricated cabin and connected with the battery holder. According to the station, the prefabricated cabin is a specially customized container, the telescopic supporting device is arranged in the prefabricated cabin, the swapping trolley is arranged on the telescopic supporting device, the battery holder and the charging device connected with the battery holder are arranged at the bottom in the prefabricated cabin, and when the battery pack is placed on the battery holder, the charging device is connected with the battery holder to charge the battery pack; when a vehicle with the battery pack needing to be swapped is driven into the prefabricated cabin, the swapping trolley takes down the battery pack in the vehicle and places the battery pack on the battery holder, and a charged battery pack is taken down from the battery holder and hoisted to the vehicle to realize the battery pack swapping by hoisting.
