本发明公开了一种AGV叉车智能导引方法及AGV叉车智能导引系统,其中该方法包括LED集成电路板对AGV叉车所在的区域提供光源照射;相机和镜头实时捕捉光源照射范围内墙壁或物体上的感光二维码标签;导引控制器根据感光二维码标签对AGV叉车进行定位,并规划出导引路径;导引控制器根据导引路径自动导引AGV叉车运动。本发明通过将光源与相机、镜头以同心设置的方式有效结合,可以实现对AGV叉车的智能导引,所需的结构简单紧凑,且技术难度低、调节灵活、维修方便,具有较高的推广应用价值。

The light source, the camera and the lens are effectively combined in a concentric arrangement mode, intelligent guidance of the AGV forklift can be achieved, the needed structure is simple and compact, the technical difficulty is low, adjustment is flexible, maintenance is convenient, and the invention has high application and popularization value.
