The invention relates to a universal non-power process bogie. The bogie comprises a steering framework, a walking assembly and a supporting and positioning assembly, the supporting and positioning assembly is assembled at the upper end of the steering framework, the walking assembly is assembled on the lower portion of the steering framework, the supporting and positioning assembly comprises two supporting and positioning assemblies, each of the two supporting and positioning assemblies comprises supporting shell bases, a transverse telescopic mechanism, longitudinal beams, a longitudinal telescopic mechanism and two positioning guide columns, the two sets of supporting shell bases are assembled on the two sides of the upper end of the steering framework correspondingly, bearing trays are installed at the upper ends of the two supporting shell bases correspondingly, the two sets of longitudinal beams are arranged on the sides, close to each other, of the two supporting shell bases correspondingly and respectively extend into the supporting shell bases through connecting columns to be connected with the transverse telescopic mechanism, and the two positioning guide columns in each set are arranged on the side, away from the supporting shell bases, of the longitudinal beams and extend into the cavities of the longitudinal beams to be connected with the longitudinal telescopic mechanism. The universal non-power process bogie has the advantages of being capable of meeting the requirements of supporting of different vehicle types and positioning of traction devices and high in universality.
本发明涉及一种通用非动力工艺转向架，包括转向构架、行走总成和支撑定位总成，支撑定位总成装配于转向构架上端，行走总成装配于转向构架的下部，支撑定位总成包括两组支撑定位组件，两组支撑定位组件均包括支撑壳座、横向伸缩机构、纵梁、纵向伸缩机构和两个定位导柱，两组支撑壳座分别装配于转向构架上端的两侧，二者上端分别安装承载托盘，两组纵梁分别设于两组支撑壳座相互靠近的一侧，分别通过连接柱伸入支撑壳座中与横向伸缩机构连接，每组两个定位导柱分别置于纵梁背离支撑壳座的一侧，且分别延伸至纵梁空腔中与纵向伸缩机构连接。优点：能够满足不同车型的支撑及牵引装置的定位，通用性较强。
