The invention relates to an anti-loosening clamping pin, a car coupler comprising the clamping pin and engineering machinery. The clamping pin comprises a pin seat, a pin shaft and an elastic locking part, wherein a first connecting hole and a second connecting hole are formed in the two side faces of the pin seat, and the circle center of the first connecting hole does not coincide with the circle center of the second connecting hole; the pin shaft is fixedly connected with the pin seat; the locking part is provided with a first end and a second end; and the first end and the second end respectively extend into the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole to form a spiral structure. The vertical distance between the circle center of the first connecting hole and the circle center of the second connecting hole is set to be larger than the spiral pitch of the locking part, so that the locking part can generate elastic deformation to generate locking force, and the pin shaft is prevented from loosening. And moreover, the clamping pin can be conveniently disassembled, so that the time for replacing a tool is shortened, the labor intensity is reduced, and meanwhile, safety accidents can be avoided.
