Heat sinks of the equipment comprise a gate heat sink, an end heat sink and a plurality of independent cylindrical heat sinks, and the gate heat sink, the end heat sink and the independent cylindrical heat sinks enclose a heat sink enclosure space; the gate heat sink is fixedly mounted on the gate; the cylindrical heat sinks are cylindrical heat sinks. The multiple cylindrical heat sinks are arranged in the axial direction of the vacuum container and then fixedly installed on the inner wall of the cylinder. A second guide rail is mounted in an upper area in a space defined by the cylindrical heat sink, the second guide rail is mounted on the inner wall of the cylinder through a top hoisting rod, and the end heat sink is suspended on the second guide rail through a movable bracket; a track roller structure and a locking mechanism are arranged on the movable bracket; and the nitrogen supply system is connected with the gate heat sink, the end heat sink and the plurality of independent cylinder heat sinks respectively.
