The invention discloses a honeycomb-shaped phase change material and liquid cooling coupled battery cooling system and cooling method, and relates to the field of heat dissipation of power lithium batteries. A battery is composed of at least two battery monomers, a coupling cooling plate is arranged between every two adjacent battery monomers, and each coupling cooling plate comprises a coupling substrate in a single-layer honeycomb plate shape; hole holes in the coupling substrate are filled with phase change materials. And a liquid cooling flow channel, a cooling liquid inlet, a cooling liquid outlet and a sealing heat conduction layer for sealing the phase change material and the coupling substrate are arranged. The cooling method comprises the following steps: connecting the cooling system with a refrigerant outlet and a refrigerant inlet of the air conditioner; and starting the air conditioner when the battery temperature reaches the liquid cooling starting value, and closing the air conditioner when the battery temperature reaches the liquid cooling stopping value. The system has the advantages of simple structure, good heat dissipation effect and the like.

    一种蜂窝状相变材料与液冷耦合的电池冷却系统及冷却方法,涉及动力锂电池的散热领域,电池由至少两个电池单体组成,相邻两个电池单体间设有耦合冷却板,耦合冷却板包括呈单层蜂窝板状的耦合基板,耦合基板上的房孔内填充有相变材料;设有液冷流道、冷却液入口和冷却液出口,设有将相变材料与耦合基板密封的密封导热层。冷却方法为:将上述冷却系统与空调的制冷剂出口和制冷剂入口相连;电池温度达到液冷启动值时,启动空调,电池温度达到液冷停止值时,关闭空调。本发明具有结构简单,散热效果好等优点。
