The sliding sleeve can slide on the soft rope, the specific position of the sliding sleeve can be changed according to the actual operation height, and then the sliding sleeve and the soft rope are fixed through the limiting device so that the sliding sleeve and the soft rope can be relatively static. And the actual use length of the soft rope can be matched with the corresponding operation height.
