The method comprises the steps of 1 receiving bus real-time GPS data, a basic route track and intersection latitude and longitude information of the high-frequency GPS point; 2 cleaning real-time GPS data of the bus accessed to the high-frequency GPS point; 3 determining the next intersection to which the track point of the basic line track belongs; 4 matching the real-time GPS of the bus at the high-frequency GPS point and the basic line track with the intersection; and 5 judging the uplink and downlink directions and the real-time track position of the line. According to the invention, by referring to the basic line track, in the intersection prediction process, the to-be-arrived intersection of a curved road can be identified especially, and the prediction accuracy is high.
