The invention relates to an evaporator and warm water core combined device for a vehicle air conditioner and a maintenance method of the device. The evaporator and warm water core combined device comprises: a main box body which is provided with a containing space and comprises a limiting part and a connecting part which are arranged on the wall surface of the containing space; an evaporator which is accommodated in the containing space of the main box body and is positioned by a limiting clamping plate and a clamping groove of the main box body; a cover plate which fixes the evaporator on the main box body through a fastener, limits the evaporator, and is provided with a connector at a preset position; an evaporator sensor which is inserted into the connector of the cover plate so as to sense temperature information of the evaporator and be easily in butt joint with an air conditioner control wire harness; and a warm water core which is clamped in the containing space of the main box body, wherein the evaporator, the cover plate, the evaporator sensor and the warm water core are sequentially arranged. According to the evaporator and warm water core combined device, warm water cores or evaporator sensors of various vehicle air conditioners can be conveniently maintained and replaced.
