The invention discloses a visual anti-swing system and method for a lifting appliance. The system comprises a camera, a visual anti-swing module, a programmable controller, a servo motor, the lifting appliance and an electrical control module; the programmable controller is used for acquiring position information of the lifting appliance and controlling the servo motor to adjust the lifting appliance state of the lifting appliance according to an anti-swing instruction of the visual anti-swing module; the camera is fixedly arranged right above the lifting appliance, a lens of the camera is vertically arranged downwards, and the center of the lens is aligned to the center of the lifting appliance; the camera is used for acquiring image information containing a hoisted object; and the visual anti-swing module is used for acquiring the swing deviation of the hoisted object from images acquired by the camera and generating the anti-swing instruction according to the swing deviation. The system is suitable for a bridge crane and similar hoisting equipment, is used for hoisting the hoisted object with a rigid structure, such as a container, can simplify the anti-swing treatment process of the lifting appliance and can improve the anti-swing reliability of the lifting appliance.

    本发明公开了一种吊具视觉防摇系统和方法,所述系统包括:摄像机、视觉防摇模块、可编程控制器、伺服电机、吊具和电气控制模块;所述可编程控制器用于获取所述吊具的位置信息;及根据所述视觉防摇模块的防摇指令控制所述伺服电机对所述吊具进行吊具状态调整;所述摄像机固定设置于所述吊具的正上方,其镜头垂直向下设置,所述镜头的中心对准所述吊具的中心;用于采集包含有被吊物的图像信息;所述视觉防摇模块用于从所述摄像机采集的图像中获取所述被吊物的摆动偏差,并根据所述摆动偏差生成防摇指令。本系统适用于桥式起重机及相似的起重设备,起吊集装箱等具有刚性结构的被吊物,能够简化吊具防摇的处理过程,提高吊具防摇的可靠性。
