The present invention relates to a rubber composition for tire manufacturing, the rubber composition comprising at least one diene-based rubber, 0.2-0.9 part by mass of a low hysteresis loss additive, 30-140 parts by mass of an inorganic reinforcing filler, and 1-14 parts by mass of a coupling agent with respect to 100 parts by mass of a rubber component; wherein the low hysteresis loss additive is a 3, 6-bis(2-pyridyl)-1, 2, 4, 5-tetrazine shown as the specification. In the preparation process of the rubber composition, the diene rubber and the low hysteresis loss additive are firstly subjected to thermal reaction treatment in advance, the thermal reaction treatment temperature is 130-160DEG C, and the thermal reaction treatment time is 100-300 seconds. And then the inorganic reinforcing filler and the coupling agent are added for mulling, and then vulcanization treatment is carried out to obtain a rubber composition product. The rubber composition is used for manufacturing tires, and the tires have low rolling resistance, excellent tear resistance and good processability.

    本发明涉及一种用于制造轮胎的橡胶组合物,相对于橡胶成分100质量份,该橡胶组合物至少包含一种二烯烃类橡胶、低滞后损失添加剂0.2至0.9质量份、30至140质量份无机补强填料、1至14质量份偶联剂;其中低滞后损失添加剂是具有下述所示的3,6‑双(2‑吡啶基)‑1,2,4,5‑四嗪。在所述橡胶组合物制备过程中首先将二烯烃类橡胶和低滞后损失添加剂进行预先的热反应处理,热反应处理的温度为130至160℃,热反应处理时间为100至300秒。然后加入无机补强填料和偶联剂进行混练,再进行硫化处理,获得橡胶组合物产品。所述的橡胶组合物用于制造轮胎,该轮胎具有低的滚动阻力,优良的抗撕裂性和良好的加工性能。
