The novel lifting device comprises a bottom plate, wherein the top of the bottom plate is fixedly connected with a fixing column; a placing groove is formed in the top end of the fixing column; the top of the bottom plate is fixedly connected with a pair of mounting columns; and fixing shafts are fixedly connected to two opposite side walls of the placing groove and two opposite side walls of the pair of mounting columns respectively. The novel lifting device is reasonable in structure; through the arranged guide plate, stabilizer bar and fixing block, the position of a winding rope is limited, the winding rope cannot shake due to external factors, in the up-down moving process of the winding rope, the stabilizer bar is driven by the fixing block to move up and down, through the arranged T-shaped sliding groove and sliding block, the winding rope is guided in the up-down moving process, and a hook is prevented from shaking, therefore, the situation that articles are damaged to cause unnecessary losses due to the fact that the articles collide with the lifting device due to shaking is avoided.
