The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle collection device and system. The unmanned aerial vehicle collection device comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle main body and a collection device, the unmanned aerial vehicle main body comprises a fuselage, a storage battery, a control mainboard, a height measuring instrument, a GPS navigator and a wireless transceiver are arranged on the fuselage, the storage battery is electrically connected with the control mainboard, power devices which extend outwards and are used for driving the fuselage to rise are arranged at the four corners of the fuselage, the collection device is arranged at the bottom of the unmanned aerial vehicle and located between two supporting frames, the collection device comprises a collecting box, and a water sample collecting device and a gas sampling device are arranged in the collecting box. And the water sampling device and the gas sampling device are separated by a partition plate. A problem that gas and water sample collection cannot be freely switched and the problem that water sample collection is disordered around a pipe in deep water are solved, the working efficiency of sampling work is improved, atmospheric and water samples can be quickly and accurately collected, and the device is used for environmental quality detection.
