本发明公开了一种防老剂橡胶贴片、其制备方法、及使用防老剂橡胶贴片制备轮胎的方法,本发明利用防老剂的扩散特性,设计一种防老剂浓度高且易于释放的防老剂橡胶贴片设置于轮胎的最内层,经由防老剂迁移扩散至其他部件尤其是胎侧部位,弥补随时间推移胎侧部位中防老剂的流失,可有效地长时间维持抗臭氧老化的效果,防止龟裂。解决现有技术因存在外观变色的隐患,防老剂用量受限,难以通过进一步增加胎侧部位自身的防老剂含量来增强抗臭氧性能的问题。
