The invention relates to an exhaust pipe air entraining device for an asphalt transport vehicle and an asphalt heating system, and relates to the technical field of slag vehicles. The exhaust pipe air entraining device comprises a three-way pipe, a first brake valve, a second brake valve, an air guide mechanism and a switching mechanism, and an air inlet of the three-way pipe is used for being connected with an exhaust pipe of the transport vehicle; the first brake valve is connected to one air outlet of the three-way pipe; the second brake valve is connected to the other air outlet of the three-way pipe; one end of the air guide mechanism is connected with one of the first brake valve and the second brake valve, and the other end is used for being connected with a container of the transport vehicle; and the switching mechanism is connected with the first brake valve and the second brake valve, and is used for controlling the on-off of the first brake valve and the second brake valve so that a tail gas in the exhaust pipe is input into the container through the air guide mechanism. The high-temperature tail gas exhausted by the exhaust pipe is used for heating asphalt, and recycling of the tail gas is achieved.
