The invention provides a passenger car mechanical power-off switch intelligent control circuit and a control method, and belongs to the technical field of passenger cars. One end of a storage batteryis connected with a mechanical power-off switch, and the mechanical power-off switch is connected with a control power supply output pin of a CAN bus module through a wake-up relay; the mechanical power-off switch is connected with a first normal fire power supply input pin of the starting host and a second normal fire power supply input pin of the CAN bus module through a normal fire relay; a coil end of the wake-up relay is connected with a wake-up signal output pin of the starting host; and a storage battery power input pin of the starting host is connected with the mechanical power-off switch. The mechanical power-off switch does not need to be turned off manually; through the timing function of the CAN bus module when a vehicle is powered off, vehicle constant fire can be intelligently turned off in 5 min after a driving area power source is turned off, the vehicle can be directly locked and depart after the vehicle is shut down and powered off, and it is guaranteed that a storagebattery has sufficient electric quantity to be used for starting after the vehicle is started; recovery of vehicle power supply in five wake-up modes when the vehicle is powered on is realized.

    本发明提供一种客车机械断电开关智能控制电路及控制方法,属于客车技术领域,包括蓄电池的一端连接机械断电开关,机械断电开关通过唤醒继电器连接CAN总线模块的控制电源输出脚;机械断电开关通过常火继电器连接启动主机的常火电源输入脚一和CAN总线模块的常火电源输入脚二;唤醒继电器的线圈端连接启动主机的唤醒信号输出脚;启动主机的蓄电池电源输入脚连接机械断电开关。本发明可以无需要手动关闭机械断电开关,在车辆断电时通过CAN总线模块的计时功能,在驾驶区电源关闭后可延时5min将车辆常火智能断开,在车辆熄火下电后可直接锁车离开,保证了蓄电池有充足的电量用于车辆之后启动;实现了车辆上电时五种唤醒模式恢复车辆供电。
