The embodiment of the invention provides an underground obstacle detection method and system and a control device, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining first indication information which is used for indicating a vehicle to drive into a curve region; adjusting the detection mode of the vehicle-mounted obstacle detection device into a curve detection mode according to the first indication information; acquiring obstacle detection information, wherein the obstacle detection information comprises first detection information detected by the vehicle-mounted obstacle detection device in a curve detection mode and second detection information detected by a curve obstacle detection device fixedly arranged on a curve; and controlling the vehicle according to the obstacle detection information. According to the scheme, seamless coverage of underground locomotive straight lane and curve scene obstacle detection can be realized, a curve identification blind area of a vehicle-mounted obstacle detection sensor is effectively eliminated, and the misjudgment phenomenon that the underground roadway wall is identified as an obstacle is avoided.
