本发明公开了一种顶推组合体驳船与推轮的对中方法,其包括以下步骤:步骤1、在推轮首部甲板上设置第一激光发射接收装置和第二激光发射接收装置;在驳船尾部凹槽的壳体上设置第一反射部件和第二反射部件;步骤2、完成推轮与驳船在船宽方向上的对中;步骤3、在推轮首部甲板上设置第三激光发射接收装置和第四激光发射接收装置;在驳船尾部凹槽的左侧耦合口内设置第三反射部件,在驳船尾部凹槽的右侧耦合口内设置第四反射部件;步骤4、完成推轮和驳船在船长方向上对中。本发明的对中方法,提高了驳船与推轮在铰接连接时匹配的精确性,减轻推轮操船人员的劳动强度、提高作业效率。

    The invention discloses a centering method for a pushing assembly barge and a pushing wheel. The centering method comprises the following steps: step 1, arranging a first laser transmitting and receiving device and a second laser transmitting and receiving device on a head deck of a pushing wheel, and arranging a first reflecting part and a second reflecting part on the shell of the groove at thetail part of a barge; step 2, centering the push wheel and the barge in the width direction of the barge; step 3, arranging a third laser transmitting and receiving device and a fourth laser transmitting and receiving device on the head deck of the push wheel; and arranging a third reflection component in a left coupling port of in the tail groove of the barge, and arranging a fourth reflection component in a right coupling port of the tail groove of the barge; and step 4, centering the push wheel and the barge in the length direction of the barge. According to the centering method, the matching accuracy of the barge and the push wheel during hinged connection is improved, the labor intensity of push wheel ship operators is relieved, and the operation efficiency is improved.
