The invention discloses a gantry crane lifting appliance cable protection device. By additionally arranging a field physical information collection device, corresponding pressure information is continuously collected in the operation process and then compared with a set safetyvalue, the problem that a cable falls out of the cable storage basket due to an accident in the lifting process of the lifting appliance and cannot be found in time is solved, and operation accidentsare avoided.
本发明公开了一种门式起重机吊具电缆保护装置，通过在指定位置增加多组压力感应装置，读取运行状态下储缆筐受到的外力状态，将相应信息发送给所述控制处理器，通过分析所受外力状态的不同场景，与预存稳定运行状态数值进行参考判定。储缆筐受到吊具电缆压碰后，预警信号发送给告警装置，同时发出指令停止吊具上升动作，告警装置收到控制处理器发出的告警信息，并对现场进行保护。本发明通过增加现场物理信息收集装置，在运行过程中不断收集相应的压力信息后，与设定安全值进行比对，解决了电缆在吊具起降过程中因意外情况脱出到储缆筐外无法及时发现的问题，避免了操作事故的发生。
