The invention belongs to the technical field of side wall hoisting, and specifically relates to a device for correcting eccentric hoisting of a prefabricated culvert side wall component. The device comprises a first panel and a second panel which are fixedly connected through a plurality of support plates; each support plate is provided with two first through holes which are arranged at intervals;first rod members are inserted in the first through holes; a lifting rope connected with the first rod member is inserted in the first panel; a first side plate and a second side plate are arranged on the second panel at intervals; a vertical plate is further arranged on the surface, away from the gap, of the first side plate; a second through hole is further formed in the vertical plate; a notchallowing a hanging ring of the prefabricated culvert side wall component to be exposed is further formed in the end, away from the second panel, of the first side plate; and a second rod member is inserted in the second through hole and the lifting ring at the same time. The eccentric hoisting problem of the prefabricated side wall component in the hoisting process can be solved; the collision ofthe component in the hoisting process is reduced; the integrity of the prefabricated side wall component is protected; and the safety coefficient of the prefabricated side wall component in the hoisting process can be increased.

    本发明属于侧墙吊装技术领域,具体为一种用于纠正预制涵洞侧墙构件偏心吊装的装置,包括通过多个支撑板固定连接的第一面板和第二面板,每个支撑板上均开设有两间隔设置的第一通孔,第一通孔上穿设有第一杆件,第一面板上穿设有与第一杆件连接的吊绳;第二面板上间隔设置有第一侧板和第二侧板,第一侧板远离空隙的一面上还设有竖直板,竖直板上还开设有第二通孔,第一侧板远离第二面板的一端还开设有供预制涵洞侧墙构件的吊环露出的槽口,第二通孔和吊环上同时穿设有第二杆件。本发明不仅能解决预制侧墙构件在起吊过程的偏心吊装问题,使构件在起吊过程减少碰撞,保护了预制侧墙构件的完整性,而且还能提高预制侧墙构件在起吊过程的安全系数。
