The invention discloses an elevator balancing weight machining and stacking system. The elevator balancing weight machining and stacking system comprises a tray conveying line and balancing weight conveying lines symmetrically arranged on two sides of the tray conveying line, wherein the upstream portions of the balancing weight conveying lines are connected to a pressing machine, and a scraping mechanism, a cleaning mechanism, a roll coating mechanism, a pushing mechanism and a stacking mechanism are sequentially arranged from top to bottom; the stacking mechanisms are arranged on a side faceof the pushing mechanism, a lifting table is arranged between the stacking mechanisms on the two balancing weight conveying lines, and the tail end of the tray conveying line is arranged on the lowerpart of the lifting table. A film pasting mechanism is erected on the lifting table. The system has the advantages and beneficial effects that by matching the two balancing weight conveying lines with the tray conveying line, processes of scraping, cleaning, roll coating, stacking and film covering are automatically completed after discharging from the cement press without manual work; and the surface of the balancing weight is scraped flat, and residual filler on the periphery is removed.
本发明公开了一种电梯配重块加工码垛系统，其特征在于，包括托盘传送线和对称设于托盘传送线两侧的配重块运输线，配重块运输线上游与压机相连、从上至下依次设有刮平机构、清理机构、滚涂机构、推送机构及码垛机构，所述码垛机构设置在推送机构的侧面，两条配重块运输线上的码垛机构之间设有升降台，所述托盘传送线末端设于升降台下部；升降台上架设有贴膜机构。本发明的优点和有益效果：通过两条配重块运输线和一条托盘传送线相互配合，实现从水泥压机出料后刮平、清洗、滚涂、码垛、覆膜各流程自动完成，无需人工；对配重块表面进行刮平，并清理四周残余填料。
