The embodiment of the invention provides a signal lamp control and resource scheduling method and device and a storage medium. In the embodiment of the invention, aiming at the road intersection, based on the conflict relationship between the traffic flow directions supported by the road intersection, the traffic flow directions with the non-conflict relationship are managed by utilizing the active direction set, and the traffic flow directions in the set are updated, so that switching among all groups of traffic flow directions meeting a non-conflict relationship can be realized, i.e., changeinformation of the set in an updating process reflects information such as signal phase, phase sequence and timing in signal control to a certain extent, so that a signal lamp control scheme can be generated or a signal lamp can be directly controlled according to the change information. The process is fully automatic, manual participation is not needed, automation of a signal lamp control schemeis achieved, and the control flexibility and the optimization degree can be improved.
本申请实施例提供一种信号灯控制与资源调度方法、设备及存储介质。在本申请实施例中，针对道路路口，以该道路路口支持的车流方向之间的冲突关系为依据，利用一活动方向集合对存在非冲突关系的车流方向进行管理，并且通过对该集合中的车流方向进行更新，可实现各组满足非冲突关系的车流方向之间的切换，即该集合在更新过程中的变化信息一定程度上反应了信号控制中的信号相位、相序和配时等信息，故可据此生成信号灯控制方案或直接对信号灯进行控制。该过程完全自动化，无需人工参与，实现了信号灯控制方案的自动化，有利于提高管控灵活性和优化程度。
