The invention discloses a method for verifying the multi-temperature-zone function of an automatic air conditioner of a whole vehicle and the temperature control of a driving and riding cabin. The method comprises the steps of conducting vehicle inspection and renovation; setting an environment cabin, so that the environment cabin simulates the outdoor driving environment temperature in early summer, autumn and winter; calculating a vehicle road load and setting a chassis dynamometer; and carrying out bench test of passenger vehicle automatic air conditioner multi-temperature zone function anddriver and passenger cabin temperature control verification, and monitoring the whole process of measurement parameter change in the whole test process. On one hand, roads and different seasons are equalized on the rack, the research and development cost is saved, the test risk is reduced, it is guaranteed that verification can be conducted at any time and in any weather, and the test period is guaranteed; and on the other hand, the multi-temperature-zone function and room temperature control strategy test of the automatic air conditioner is carried out through the whole vehicle, the test ismore representative and illustrative than the single rack automatic air conditioner box body test, and the multi-temperature-zone function and room temperature control strategy of the automatic air conditioner of the vehicle are better and more accurately judged.

    本发明公开了一种整车自动空调多温区功能及驾乘舱室温控制的验证方法,包括:进行车辆检查和整备;进行环境舱设定,使环境舱分别模拟初夏秋冬四季的室外驾驶环境温度;计算车辆道路载荷进行底盘测功机设定;进行乘用车自动空调多温区功能及驾乘舱室温控制验证的台架试验,监测整个试验过程测量参数变化的全部过程。本发明一方面在台架上等化道路及不同季节,节约了研发成本,降低了试验风险,保证了无论任何时间、任何天气都可以进行验证,保证了试验周期;另一方面通过整车进行自动空调的多温区功能和室温控制策略试验,比单独进行台架自动空调箱体试验更具有代表性和说明性,更好更精确的判断了车辆自动空调的多温区功能和室温控制策略。
