The invention provides a suspension type counterweight device and a crane using the suspension type counterweight device. The device comprises at least two counterweight blocks arranged up and down; one of the opposite end faces of two adjacent counterweight blocks is provided with a boss, and the other opposite end faces of two adjacent counterweight blocks is provided with an inserted slot for the boss to insert; a clamping part capable of moving in a reciprocating mode is further arranged on each of the counterweights provided with the inserted slot; a clamping portion is arranged on each of the clamping parts; stretching-in stations allowing the clamping portions to extend into the inserted slots are arranged in the reciprocating movement strokes of the clamping parts; stretching-in openings allowing the clamping portions to extend in are formed in the walls of the inserted slots; avoiding stations allowing the clamping portions to move out of the inserted slots are further arranged in the reciprocating motion strokes of the clamping parts; clamping grooves are formed in the bosses; and the clamping grooves correspond to the stretching-in openings in position when the bosses are inserted into the inserted slots, so that the clamping portions can be clamped into the clamping grooves when the clamping parts are located at the stretching-in stations. The suspension type counterweight device and the crane using the suspension type counterweight device have the beneficial effects that when the counterweights are stacked, the clamping parts are switched between the two stations, so that the counterweights at the lower portion can be hung above the counterweights at the upper portion, and the operation is quite convenient.

    本发明提供了一种悬挂式配重装置及使用该悬挂式配重装置的起重机,悬挂式配重装置包括至少两个上下设置的配重块,相邻两配重块相对端面的其中一个上设有凸台、另一个上设有供凸台插入的插槽;设有插槽的配重块上还设有可往复移动的卡接件,卡接件上设有卡接部,卡接件的往复移动行程中具有供卡接部伸入插槽内的伸入工位,插槽的槽壁上设有供卡接部伸入的伸入口,卡接件的往复移动行程中还具有供卡接部移出插槽的避让工位,凸台上设有卡槽,卡槽在凸台插入插槽内时与伸入口位置对应,以使卡接件处于伸入工位时卡接部能够卡入卡槽内。有益效果:叠加配重块时,使卡接件在两个工位之间切换,即可使下方的配重块悬挂在上方的配重块上,操作十分方便。
